Example Definitions of "Accrued Compensation"
Accrued Compensation. Means, as of Employee's termination of employment, (i) unpaid salary, (ii) salary for any accrued vacation not taken and (iii) unpaid expense reimbursements. Accrued Compensation will be paid in one lump sum within five (5) days of such termination.

Accrued Compensation.
