Accrued Compensation

Accrued Compensation. Accrued Compensation. Accrued Compensation. For purposes of this Agreement, "Accrued Compensation" shall mean an amount which shall include all amounts earned or accrued through the "Termination Date" (as hereinafter defined) but not paid as of the Termination Date which shall consist of (i) base salary and (ii) earned eligible variable pay. The amount of earned eligible variable pay shall be determined by using the year to date results and prorated for the number of completed months of the program.

Accrued Compensation. Means a lump sum in cash payable within 30 days after the Date of Termination in an amount equal to Executive's earned but unpaid Annual Base Salary and other earned but unpaid cash entitlements for the period through and including the Date of Termination, including any previously deferred cash compensation, unused earned and accrued vacation pay and unreimbursed documented business expenses.

Accrued Compensation.
