Accrued Compensation

Accrued Compensation. An amount which shall include all amounts earned or accrued through the Termination Date (as hereinafter defined) but not paid as of the Termination Date, including, without limitation, (i) base salary, (ii) reimbursement for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by Executive Officer on behalf of the Company during the period ending on the Termination Date, and (iii) vacation pay.

Accrued Compensation. For purposes of this Plan, "Accrued Compensation" means (i) the Executive's base salary earned but unpaid through the date of termination of employment, which such base salary shall be paid in accordance with applicable law and (ii) all expense reimbursements and any other vested benefits due to the Executive through the date of termination of employment in accordance applicable law and with Company plans and policies applicable to the Executive, which such benefits are to be provided in... accordance with the terms of applicable law and/or the applicable employee benefit plan or policy.
