Example Definitions of "Accrued Obligations"
Accrued Obligations. (i) any Base Salary and, if applicable, accrued but unused vacation earned through the Date of Termination; (ii) unpaid expense reimbursements (subject to, and in accordance with, the Company's expense reimbursement policies); and (iii) any vested benefits the Covered Employee may have under any employee benefit plan of the Company through the Date of Termination, which vested benefits shall be paid and/or provided in accordance with the terms of such employee benefit plans.
Accrued Obligations. (i) Employee's Base Salary earned but not paid prior to Employee's Date of Termination, which shall be paid coincident with, or as soon as practicable following, the Date of Termination; (ii) all benefits to which Employee is entitled under the terms of the Company's benefit plans, programs or arrangements in which he participates, other than severance plans, programs or arrangements, as in effect immediately prior to the Date of Termination, payable in accordance with the terms of such plans,... programs or arrangements; (iii) any paid time off that has been earned but not used through the Date of Termination, which shall be paid as soon as practicable following the Date of Termination; and (iv) any business expenses that are reimbursable under this Agreement or otherwise have been incurred by Employee but unreimbursed by the Date of Termination, subject to the submission of any required substantiation and documentation as specified pursuant to this Agreement.
