Act

Act. The Federal Home Loan Bank Act, codified at 12 United States Code Sections 1421 through 1440, as the same may be modified from time to time, together with the regulations implementing such act, codified at 12 Code of Federal Regulations Parts 900 through 998, as the same may be modified from time to time.
