Example Definitions of "Act"
Act. The Securities Act of 1933, codified at Title 15, United States Code, as amended from time to time, and any successor statute thereto. For purposes of this Agreement, "Act" also means the equivalent, similar or analogous statute, regulations and other laws of Canada and each relevant province thereof (including, without limitation, the applicable Business Corporations Act of British Columbia) as the same may be applicable, and any successor statute, regulation or law thereto.
Act. Means the Companies Act 2006;
Act. Shall mean the Securities Exchange Act of 1934;
