Example Definitions of "Act"
Act. The United States Securities Act of 1933, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder by the SEC.

Act. Shall mean the Nevada Limited Liability Company Act (Nev. Rev. Stat. Section 86.011, et seq.) and any successor statute, as amended from time to time.
