Example Definitions of "Act"
Act. The Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or a successor statute thereto and the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission issued under that Act, as they each may, from time to time, be in effect
Act. The Virginia Stock Corporation Act as in effect at the date of this Agreement.
Act. An immunotherapy in which (a) genetically modified lymphocytes are administered to a patient or (b) targeted gene therapy vectors that modify lymphocytes are administered to a patient. Adoptive Cellular Therapies include, but are not limited to, CAR-T therapies.
