Additional Rent. Tenant's Pro Rata Share of Basic Costs (hereinafter defined) and any other sums (exclusive of Base Rent) that are required to be paid to Landlord by Tenant hereunder, which sums are deemed to be Additional Rent under this Lease.

Additional Rent. Additional Rent. Any payment referred to as such in this Lease and any payment required to be made by Tenant to Landlord under this Lease other than the Base Rent
