Additional Rent

Example Definitions of "Additional Rent"
Additional Rent. Shall mean (A) Tenant's Pro Rata Share (as hereinafter defined) of the amount by which Operating Expenses (as hereinafter defined) for the applicable calendar year exceed Operating Expenses for the Base Year, (B) Tenant's Pro Rata Share of the amount by which Taxes (as hereinafter defined) for the applicable Tax Fiscal Year exceed Taxes for the Base Year, and (C) all such other sums of money (exclusive of Base Rent) that are required to be paid by Tenant to Landlord hereunder.
Additional Rent. Those payments and charges that are required of Tenant and designated in this Lease as Additional Rent.
Additional Rent. Additional Rent as defined in Paragraph 7
Additional Rent. All amounts, costs, expenses, liabilities and obligations (including but not limited to Tenant's obligation to pay any Net Awards hereunder) which Tenant is required to pay pursuant to the terms of this Lease other than Basic Rent.
Additional Rent. All amounts payable by the Tenant under this Lease except Base Rent, whether or not specifically designated as Additional Rent elsewhere in this Lease
