Additional Shares

Additional Shares. Shall have the meaning set forth in subsection 3(a)

Additional Shares. Any shares of Common Stock issued or sold by the Company or deemed to be issued or sold pursuant to Section 5.5 (including shares of Common Stock subsequently reacquired or retired by the Company)

Additional Shares. Means shares or other securities issued by the Company with respect to the Common Stock in connection with any stock dividend, stock distribution, stock split or similar issuance.

Additional Shares. Any and all shares of Capital Stock of the Company issued or sold (or, pursuant 2.4, deemed to be issued) by the Company after the date hereof, whether or not subsequently reacquired or retired by the Company, other than the Warrant Shares.

Additional Shares. The additional shares of Common Stock that MST may receive if the Company elects to pay the "Additional Consideration" in shares of Common Stock under the Purchase Agreement.

Additional Shares. Shall mean the number of shares of Specified Preferred equal to the sum of (i) thirty percent (30%) of the quotient of (A) the principal amount of any Note actually purchased by such Holder pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, divided by (B) the Exercise Price, plus (ii) twenty-five percent (25%) of the quotient of (A) the difference between (x) the principal amount of any Note actually purchased by such Investor pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, minus (y) such Holder's Pro Rata Note Amount,... divided by (B) the Exercise Price.
