Additional Shares

Additional Shares. Means, as of any date of determination, any shares of Common Stock beneficially owned by Investor in excess of 40% of the aggregate Company Outstanding Stock.

Additional Shares. All Shares issued by the Company after the Closing Date, other than Permitted Shares.

Additional Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock, if any, issuable upon exercise of the Warrants.

Additional Shares. Additional shares of the Company's Common Stock issued to the Investor pursuant to Section 5.1 of the Note Purchase Agreement dated the date hereof between the Company and the Investor.

Additional Shares. The 1,111,600 (subject to stock splits, stock combinations, recapitalizations, and the like) shares of Common Stock of the Company purchased by IGC Fund VI, L.P. from one or more stockholders of the Company on or about December 19, 2011.

Additional Shares. Any additional shares of Common Stock of the Company issued to the Stockholders pursuant to a stock split, stock dividend or other distribution with respect to, or in exchange or in replacement of, the Shares.

Additional Shares. A number of shares of Common Stock equal to the lesser of (i) the quotient of the Additional Aggregate Purchase Price divided by the Additional Per Share Purchase Price and (ii) the number of shares of Common Stock that when added to the Initial Shares would equal 7% of the outstanding Common Stock upon the effectiveness of the Second Closing

Additional Shares. Shall have the meaning set forth in subsection 3(a)

Additional Shares. Any and all shares of Capital Stock of the Company issued or sold (or, pursuant 2.4, deemed to be issued) by the Company after the date hereof, whether or not subsequently reacquired or retired by the Company, other than the Warrant Shares.

Additional Shares. The additional shares of Common Stock that MST may receive if the Company elects to pay the "Additional Consideration" in shares of Common Stock under the Purchase Agreement.
