Administrative Agent

Administrative Agent. HSBC in its capacity as Administrative Agent and any successor Administrative Agent hereunder appointed in accordance with Section 11.10.

Administrative Agent. May, or upon the request of the Required Lenders, the Administrative Agent shall, by notice to the Borrower, declare the Loans hereunder (with accrued interest thereon) and all other amounts owing under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to be due and payable forthwith, whereupon the same shall immediately become due and payable.

Administrative Agent. Barings Finance LLC (f/k/a Babson Capital Finance LLC), in its capacity as administrative agent under any of the Loan Documents, or any successor administrative agent permitted pursuant to Section 9.06.

Administrative Agent. Oliveira Trust Servicer S.A., a corporation with its branch in the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, at Rua Joaquim Floriano 1052, 13o andar, enrolled with the Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica under No. 02.150.453/0002-00, or whoever replaces it under the terms of the Intercreditor Agreement.

Administrative Agent. Has the meaning ascribed thereto in the preamble, or whoever replaces it under the terms of this Agreement.

Administrative Agent. Shall have received duly executed and delivered counterparts of this Amendment that, when taken together, bear the signatures of the Borrower, the other Loan Parties, the Commitment Increase Lender and the Administrative Agent.
