Administrative Agent

Administrative Agent. Regions Bank, an Alabama banking corporation, in its capacity as administrative agent under any of the Loan Documents, or any successor administrative agent.

Administrative Agent. Bank of America, N.A., in its capacity as Administrative Agent and its successors, assigns and replacements in such capacity, under the Revolving Credit Agreement, the Term Loan A Credit Agreement and the Term Loan B Credit Agreement, respectively

Administrative Agent. Shall mean Citibank, N.A., as administrative agent for the Lenders under the Loan Agreement

Administrative Agent. JPMorgan Chase Bank, in its capacity as administrative agent for the CP Conduit Purchasers, the APA Banks and the Funding Agents

Administrative Agent. SunTrust Bank, as Administrative Agent for the Senior Lenders, or any other Person appointed by the holders of the Senior Debt as Administrative Agent for purposes of the Senior Loan Documents and this Agreement.

Administrative Agent. Shall have received counterparts hereof which, when taken together, bear the signatures of Company, the Administrative Agent and each Lender, and thereafter shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.
