Example Definitions of "Administrator"
Administrator. Means the Atlas Member of the Company, who is granted authority to administer the Plan under Section 4 hereof.
Administrator. The Manager of the Company, who is granted authority to administer the Plan under Section 4 hereof.
Administrator. One or more Officers or Employees designated by the Committee to administer this Grant Agreement and the Company's other equity incentive programs
Administrator. (b) "Administrator" means the Company, whether or not acting through the Committee or another duly constituted committee of members of the Board, or any person or persons to whom the Administrator has delegated any authority or responsibility with respect to this Plan.

As of the Effective Date, the Board has appointed the Compensation Committee of the Board as the Administrator of the Plan, and the Compensation Committee of the Board shall serve as Administrator unless and until the Board revokes or modifies such appointment.
