Administrator

Administrator. First Marblehead Data Services, Inc. in its capacity as administrator of the SPV pursuant to that certain administration agreement dated as of March 4, 2008 by and among the SPV, the Collateral Agent and the Administrator

Administrator. The committee appointed by the Board in accordance with Section 2 hereof, which governs this Plan in accordance with Section 2 hereof and as otherwise provided in this Plan. The Administrator may sometimes be referred to as the "Stock Option Plan Administrative Committee."

Administrator. (a) the Board or such committee thereof as shall be designated by the Board to administer the Plan, or (b) the Independent Committee (as defined in Section 3.1), to the extent provided in Section 3.1.

Administrator. Means the Board or a committee thereof appointed by the Board to administer this Plan and Bonus Awards granted hereunder.

Administrator. An administrator appointed to manage the affairs, business and property of the Chargor pursuant to clause 8

Administrator. A committee of the Board authorized pursuant to Section 4 of the Plan to administer the Plan in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein

Administrator. Shall mean the Board or any committee of members of the Board designated by the Board to administer the Plan pursuant to Section 13.
