Administrator

Administrator. Means the Atlas Member of the Company, who is granted authority to administer the Plan under Section 4 hereof.

Administrator. The Manager of the Company, who is granted authority to administer the Plan under Section 4 hereof.

Administrator. One or more Officers or Employees designated by the Committee to administer this Grant Agreement and the Company's other equity incentive programs

Administrator. (b) "Administrator" means the Company, whether or not acting through the Committee or another duly constituted committee of members of the Board, or any person or persons to whom the Administrator has delegated any authority or responsibility with respect to this Plan.

Administrator. Means the Board, or, if and to the extent the Board delegates such responsibility, the Committee.

Administrator. Means a committee of at least one Director of the Company as the Board may appoint to administer this Plan or, if no such committee has been appointed by the Board, the Board.

Administrator. The President and Chief Executive Officer of Weyerhaeuser Company or his or her delegate

Administrator. The Board or any committee to which the Board has delegated the responsibility of administering the Plan to the extent of such delegation

Administrator. The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors that will be administering the Plan, in accordance with Section 4 hereof

Administrator. Shall mean the Board or one or more Committees appointed by the Board or another Committee (within that Committee's delegated authority) to administer all or certain aspects of this Plan, as set forth in Section 3 hereof. As of the Effective Date, the Board has appointed the Compensation Committee of the Board as the Administrator of the Plan, and the Compensation Committee of the Board shall serve as Administrator unless and until the Board revokes or modifies such appointment.
