Example Definitions of "Administrator"
Administrator. The Board or, at its direction, the Compensation Committee of the Board, who will administer the Plan in accordance with Section 4 hereof.
Administrator. Means the Committee or such other individual or group of individuals as may be appointed as the claims administrator under the Plan by the Committee from time to time.
Administrator. Shall mean the Board or one or more committees appointed by the Board (or appointed by another committee within that committee's delegated authority) to administer all or certain aspects of this Plan, as set forth in Section 3 hereof.
