Administrator

Administrator. (i) any person or committee to whom the Board delegates administrative discretion under the Plan, and (ii) the Board, which may exercise any and all administrative powers associated with the Plan.

Administrator. A committee of two or more individuals appointed from time to time by the Board to administer the Plan; provided that, for any period for which no such committee has been appointed, the term "Administrator" shall refer to the Board.

Administrator. The Board or any committee of the Board that has been designated by the Board to administer this Agreement

Administrator. The officers and employees of the Company responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Plan and to which other authority may be delegated under Section 10(b). Unless otherwise specified by the Committee, the Administrator shall be the VF Corporation Pension Plan Committee.

Administrator. Shall mean the Board or the Committee responsible for conducting the general administration of the Plan in accordance with Article 13 of the Plan; provided that if Participant is an Independent Director, "Administrator" shall mean the Board.

Administrator. The compensation committee of the Board or such other Committee appointed to administer the Plan, consisting of independent members of the Board
