Example Definitions of "Administrator"
Administrator. Whichever of the Board or the Committee is from time to time authorized by Section 3.1 to administer the Plan.
Administrator. The board of directors of the Company which shall administer the Plan in accordance with Section 4 of the Plan
Administrator. The Board or a committee consisting exclusively of members of the Board that has been appointed by the Board and authorized to administer the Plan
