Affiliate

Affiliate. With respect to any entity, any entity that the Company, either directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, is under common control with, is controlled by or controls, each within the meaning of the Securities Act

Affiliate. Any person or entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control with the Company, including any Parent or Subsidiary

Affiliate. Any entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control of SemGroup

Affiliate. Means, with respect to the Person to which it refers, another Person that directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with, such first Person. Affiliate. Affiliate. Affiliate. Of the Company means HealthEquity, Inc., and/or any other entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Company.

Affiliate. Any individual, partnership, joint venture, limited liability company, corporation or other form of enterprise that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party to this Agreement. For purposes of the preceding sentence, control means possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause direction of management and policies through ownership of voting securities, contract, voting trust or otherwise.
