Affiliate

Affiliate. Shall have the meanings set forth in Rule 12b-2 promulgated by the SEC under the Exchange Act, provided, that any references to "Associate" herein shall be deemed to be preceded by the word "controlled."

Affiliate. Any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, limited liability partnership, association, trust or other organization that, directly or indirectly, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, the Company.

Affiliate.
