Affiliate

Affiliate. With respect to a Party or third party, all entities which control, are controlled by or are under common control with that Party or third party, whether directly or through one or more intermediaries

Affiliate. Means, with respect to a Party, any other Person that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with such Party, whether directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries.

Affiliate. (i) all persons or entities directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by or under common control with the Company, (ii) all entities in which the Company directly or indirectly owns an equity interest; and (iii) all predecessors, successors and assigns of those Affiliates identified in (i) and (ii)

Affiliate. Means, with respect to any Person (as defined below), any other Person that is directly or indirectly Controlling, Controlled by, or under common Control with such Person, where "Control" and derivative terms mean the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of a Person, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract, or otherwise. Affiliate. With respect to any legal entity, any other entity that directly or indirectly Controls, is Controlled by, or is under common Control with such entity, but only for so long as such control exists

Affiliate. With respect to either Party, a firm, corporation or other entity which directly or indirectly owns or controls said Party, or is owned or controlled by said Party, or is under common ownership or control with said Party. Affiliate. Means any parent corporation or subsidiary corporation of the Company whether now or subsequently established, as those terms are defined in Section 424(e) and (f), respectively, of the Code. With respect to the Non-423 Plan Component, a non-subsidiary can be deemed to be an Affiliate and may be designated by the Committee for participation in the Non-423 Plan Component.

Affiliate. Means a subsidiary or affiliate of the Company, at least 80% of the equity securities of which are owned directly or indirectly by the Company.

Affiliate. In relation to a Party shall be defined as a company, which is directly or indirectly controlled by that Party, controls that Party, or is under common control with that Party, whereby control means that at least 50% of the shares or voting rights are being held.

Affiliate. Means with respect to any Person, any other Person directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by or under common control with such first Person with the meaning of the Securities Act, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
