Affiliate

Affiliate. Affiliate means: (i) any partnership, corporation, joint venture, association, trust, unincorporated organization or entity directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by or under direct or indirect common control with Licensee and (ii) any partnership, corporation, joint venture, association, trust, unincorporated organization or entity who is a direct or indirect beneficial holder of at least fifty percent (50%) of any class of the outstanding capital stock of Licensee or an Affiliate (as... defined in clause (i)) of Licensee. Affiliate. With respect to Client, means Catalyst Biosciences, Inc. and any corporation, firm, partnership or other entity controlled by it; and with respect to Catalent, means Catalent, Inc. and any corporation, firm, partnership or other entity controlled by it.
