Affiliate

Affiliate. Any person or entity which directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by or is under the common control with the Party at issue

Affiliate. With respect to any person, any other person controlling, controlled by or under common control with such person. The term "Affiliate" shall not include franchisees or area licensees of 7-Eleven

Affiliate. Means, with respect to a party, a corporation, company or other entity that controls, is under common control or is controlled by such party. For purposes hereof, control means the direct or indirect ownership of over 50% of outstanding voting securities or shares of an entity; provided that a corporation, company or other entity shall be deemed to be an Affiliate (and be subject to the terms of this Agreement) only for so long as such control continues.

Affiliate. Any other Person, directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by or under common control with such Person and any partner of a Person which is a partnership; provided, that with respect to Bain Capital, the definition of Affiliate shall include any Person under common management with Bain Capital.
