Affiliate

Affiliate. Any corporation, firm, limited liability company, partnership or other entity that directly or indirectly Controls or is Controlled by or is under common Control with a Party to this Agreement, for so long as such Control-based relationship exists.

Affiliate. Affiliate. Any entity directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by or under common control with the referenced person or entity

Affiliate. As such term is defined in the Declaration of Trust.

Affiliate. A corporation that is a parent corporation or a subsidiary corporation with respect to the Company within the meaning of Section 424(e) or (f) of the Code

Affiliate. The meaning specified in Rule 501(b) of Regulation D but shall not include any individual or entity who may be deemed an Affiliate as a result of such individuals or entities beneficial ownership of Company securities

Affiliate. An affiliate, as defined in Rule 405

Affiliate. With respect to a specified Holder, (i) the meaning ascribed to such term in the Purchase Agreement; (ii) the spouse or children (or a trust exclusively for the benefit of the spouse or children) of the specified Holder; or (iii) in the case of a Holder that is a partnership, its partners.

Affiliate. Means an entity that, directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, the Company. A participating Affiliate is an Affiliate whose eligible service providers the Committee has determined may be considered for Option grants under the Plan.
