Affiliate

Affiliate. Any entity directly or indirectly controlled by, controlling or under common control with, a Party to this Agreement.

Affiliate. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Articles.

Affiliate. An entity that is affiliated with Borrower because (i) Borrower owns or controls such affiliate in whole or in part, (ii) such affiliate owns or controls Borrower in whole or in part, or (iii) such entity owns or controls both Borrower and such affiliate in whole or in part.

Affiliate. Is used in this Amended Agreement to define a relationship to a person or entity and means a person or entity who, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, such person or entity.

Affiliate.
