Affiliate

Affiliate. Any subsidiary of the Company and any other entity that, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with the Company, as determined by the Board

Affiliate. Any Person which, directly or indirectly Controls or is Controlled by or under common Control with, another Person, and any director or officer thereof. The Bank is not under any circumstances to be deemed an Affiliate of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.

Affiliate. Of a person shall mean each corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or other business entity which is 50% or more owned, directly or indirectly, by the person specified.
