Affiliate

Affiliate. Any business entity in which the Company owns directly or indirectly 50% or more of the total voting power

Affiliate. Any corporation or other entity that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the designated Party but only for so long as such relationship exists

Affiliate. A corporation or business entity that, directly or indirectly, is controlled by, controls, or is under common control with any entity.

Affiliate. Has the meaning set forth in the Management Agreement.

Affiliate. Affiliate means any person with whom the Company would be considered a single employer under Sections 414(b) and 414(c) of the Code, namely (a) any corporation at least eighty percent (80%) of whose outstanding securities ordinarily having the right to vote at elections of directors is owned directly or indirectly by the Company or (b) any other form of business entity in which the Company, directly or indirectly, owns eighty percent (80%) or more of the controlling interests in such entity.

Affiliate. Any person, directly or indirectly, controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, another person. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, a person is considered to be in control of or to be controlled by another person if such person holds 50% or more of the outstanding voting equity interest in such other person or such other person holds 50% or more of its outstanding voting equity interest.

Affiliate. Of any Person means any other Person who controls, is controlled by or is under common control with such Person

Affiliate. (i) any parent corporation or subsidiary corporation of the Company, as those terms are defined in Sections 424(e) and (f), respectively, of the Code, or (ii) any domestic eligible entity that is disregarded under Treasury Regulation Section 301.7701-3, as an entity separate from either (I) the Company or (II) any parent corporation or subsidiary corporation of the Company, as those terms are defined in Sections 424(e) and (f), respectively, of the Code.

Affiliate. A person or entity that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with, the Corporation. For this purpose, 50% general voting power of an incorporated entity, or 50% profits interest of an unincorporated entity, as the case may be, shall constitute control.

Affiliate. Any entity which (a) with the Sponsor, constitutes a controlled group of corporations, a group of trades or businesses under common control, or an affiliated service group, as defined in sections 414(b), (c), and (m) of the Code, respectively, or (b) is required to be aggregated with the Sponsor pursuant to section 414(o) of the Code
