Affiliate

Affiliate. With respect to any Person, any other Person which directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with, such specified Person; provided, however, that neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries shall be deemed an Affiliate of any of the Shareholders (and vice versa).

Affiliate. Any Person who controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Company including, without limitation, any parent or subsidiary company, affiliate, owner and/or investor
