Affiliates

Affiliates. Means Mine Reclamation Corporation, Kaiser Eagle Mountain Inc., Kaiser Reclamation Corporation, and Kaiser Ventures Inc.

Affiliates. Means, with respect to a party, any corporation or other business entity directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by or under common control with such party; as used herein, the term "control" means possession of the power to direct, or cause the direction of the management and policies of a corporation or other entity whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise.

Affiliates. Affiliates. Affiliates.
