Affiliates

Affiliates. Means all persons and entities directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by or under common control with the Company, where control may be by management authority or equity interest.

Affiliates. Means with respect to any Person, any other Person that directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries controls, is controlled by or is under common control with, the Person in question. As used herein, the term "control" means the possession, direct or indirect, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of a Person, whether through ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise.

Affiliates. The meanings set forth in Rule 12b-2 under the Exchange Act and shall include Persons who become Affiliates or Associates of any Person subsequent to the date hereof

Affiliates. The meaning specified in Rule 501(b) of Regulation D

Affiliates. Shall mean "affiliates" as defined pursuant to the Securities Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder.

Affiliates.
