Agreement

Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, capitalized terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Lease unless otherwise defined herein.

Agreement. This asset purchase agreement (including its Schedules) and all writings which amend or confirm this asset purchase agreement

Agreement. Has the meaning set forth in the preface above.

Agreement. The written agreement entered into between the Employer and a Participant, whereby the Participant agrees to defer a portion of his Compensation pursuant to the provisions of the Plan and the Employer agrees to make benefit payments in accordance with the terms of the Plan and such Agreement. An Agreement may be the "Initial Agreement" applicable to a Participant or a "Modified Agreement" (in form approved by the Administrator), properly completed and signed.

Agreement. Means this Intercompany Liquidity Agreement as originally executed or as it may be amended, varied or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof, including, without limitation, as supplemented by Joinder Agreements executed by additional Subsidiary Borrowers and/or Subsidiary Lenders from time to time.

Agreement. Unless defined in this Agreement, capitalized words and phrases used in this Agreement which are defined in the Amended Credit Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Amended Credit Agreement.
