Agreement

Agreement. This Limited Liability Company Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time.

Agreement. The definition of the term "Agreement" set forth in the opening paragraph of the Agreement and as used in this Amendment shall, unless context otherwise specifies or requires, include the Agreement and this Amendment, it being the intent of the parties that this Amendment and the Agreement shall be construed as a single instrument.

Agreement. Shall mean this Manufacturing, Packaging and Supply Agreement and all Exhibits and Schedules attached hereto, as the same may be amended or otherwise modified from time to time pursuant to the terms set forth herein.

Agreement. Shall mean this Agreement of Merger and Plan of Reorganization.

Agreement. As used in this Agreement, the terms "Agent", "Agreement", "Borrower", and "Loan Agreement" shall have the meanings indicated above.

Agreement. " `Agreement' means this Credit Agreement, as amended by that certain letter agreement dated December 16, 2005, the Second Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated May 15, 2006 and the Third Amendment to Credit Agreement dated as of June 1, 2006 and as the same may from time to time be further amended, modified, supplemented or restated."

Agreement. Mean, from and after the replacement of the terms of the Credit Agreement by the terms of the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement.

Agreement. Means this Intercreditor Agreement, and all subsequent modifications and amendments hereto.

Agreement. Shall mean this partnership agreement between the General Partners and the Limited Partners, pursuant to which the Partnership is organized;

Agreement. Shall mean this Tax Sharing Agreement.
