Agreement

Agreement. Shall have the meaning described in the Recitals.

Agreement. The purchase and sale agreement as identified in the recitals.

Agreement. This Credit Agreement, as amended by the First Amendment and the Second Amendment, together with any and all supplements, restatements, renewals, refinances, modifications, amendments, extensions for any period, increases or rearrangements thereof

Agreement. The word "Agreement" means this Pledge Agreement, as this Pledge Agreement may be amended or modified from time to time, together with all exhibits and schedules attached to this Pledge Agreement from time to time.

Agreement. This Commercial License and Royalty Agreement between Wellness and Mannatech and the Attachments attached hereto for the commercial development, licensing and supply of Product and its related Story.
