Agreement

Agreement. This C redit Agreement as amended or otherwise modified from time to time.

Agreement. A written agreement implementing an Award.

Agreement. This Intercreditor and Subordination Agreement.

Agreement. The term "Credit Agreement" or "Agreement" (as the case may be) as used herein and in the Loan Documents shall mean the Credit Agreement as hereby amended and modified, and as further amended, modified replaced or supplemented from time to time as permitted thereby.

Agreement. Agreement and Plan of Reorganization (the "Agreement") by and among TELESERVICES INTERNET GROUP INC., a Florida corporation, (the "Parent"); TSIG NEWCO INC., a Florida corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent, (the "Sub"); THE AFFINITY GROUP, INC., a Florida corporation (the "Target") and the TARGET STOCKHOLDERS, as defined hereinafter, is entered into by the Parent, the Target and the Target Stockholders on this 29th day of November, 2000.

Agreement. Shall mean this Employment Agreement, which includes for all purposes its Exhibits hereto.

Agreement. Shall mean this Agreement to Assign, Release, Franchise and Manage, together with Exhibits A through I, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time as herein provided.

Agreement. Means this document titled Full Services Agreement and any attached addenda, exhibits, schedules or other documents specifically referred to and incorporated.

Agreement. Means an agreement between an Optionee and the Company setting out the terms of an Option award.

Agreement. This "Agreement" refers to the Original Seller Subordination Agreement, as previously amended, as amended by this amendment as it may hereafter be amended with the consent of the Administrative Agent.
