Agreement

Agreement. Shall have the same meaning as that set forth in the Agreement unless defined otherwise herein

Agreement. Shall mean the written agreement between the Company and a Participant evidencing an Award or a notice of an Award delivered to a Participant by the Company in hard copy paper form, electronically via the Internet or through other electronic means

Agreement. This agreement, including the exhibits and recitals to this agreement, as it or they may be amended, supplemented, restated or replaced from time to time, and the expressions "hereof', "herein", "hereto", "hereunder", "hereby" and similar expressions refer to this Agreement and not to any particular section or other portion of this Agreement.

Agreement. Means a written contract consistent with the terms of this Plan entered into between the Company or an Affiliate and a Participant, containing the terms and conditions of an Award in such form and not inconsistent with this Plan as the Committee shall approve from time to time, together with all amendments thereto.

Agreement. This Fifth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, as amended by the First Amendment and as the same may be amended, modified, restated or supplemented from time to time.

Agreement. This share purchase agreement including all Schedules hereto
