Agreement

Agreement. Means this Management Services Agreement, as amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.

Agreement. Shall mean this Share Purchase Agreement, including all appendices hereto.

Agreement. This Share Purchase Agreement made by and among the parties hereto including, for certainty, the recitals hereof, as the same may be amended from time to time; the expressions "hereof", "hereto" and "hereunder" and similar expressions mean and refer to this Agreement and not to any particular portion of it; "Article" and "Section" mean and refer to the specified article or section, respectively, of this Agreement.

Agreement. Shall have the same meaning and definition as provided for in the Agreement

Agreement. Except as specifically amended hereby, all provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. This Amendment shall not be deemed to expressly or impliedly waive, amend or supplement any provision of the Agreement other than as expressly set forth herein and shall not constitute a novation of the Agreement.

Agreement. This Registration Rights Agreement as originally executed and as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.
