Agreement

Agreement. The Standard Annual Incentive Deferral Plan Program 2015 Cash-Payable Restricted Share Units Award Agreement between PNC and Grantee evidencing the Restricted Share Units and related Dividend Equivalents award awarded to Grantee pursuant to the Plan in accordance with the Annual Incentive Deferral Plan.

Agreement. Means this Second Lien Credit Agreement, as amended by the First Amendment to Second Lien Credit Agreement dated as of May 28, 2013, as the same may be amended, amended and restated, supplemented or modified from time to time.
