Agreement

Agreement. Means the Agreement of Merger entered into by and between Seller and Hawaiian Telcom, together with certain other companies, as amended or supplemented, together with all Exhibits, Schedules and Ancillary Documents attached thereto or expressly incorporated therein by reference.

Agreement. Agreement. This Amendment may be executed in several counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute but one and the same instrument.

Agreement. Shall mean this Key Executive Deferred Compensation Agreement.
