Agreement. This loan and security agreement, as it may be amended or modified from time to time

Agreement. The Original Agreement as amended hereby

Agreement. Shall mean the written or electronic agreement evidencing an award hereunder between the Company and the recipient of such award.

Agreement. CU Bancorp Restricted Stock Bonus Award Agreement

Means this Development and Manufacturing Services Agreement, together with all Appendices attached hereto, as amended from time to time by the parties in accordance with Section 15.6, and all fully signed SOWs and Change Orders entered into by the parties during the term of this Agreement, whether or not references to the "Agreement" are followed by the words Appendix, SOW or Change Order.
