Agreement

Agreement. Means, collectively, this Agreement and each Application for Standby Letter of Credit entered into between Issuer and Applicant, in each case as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Agreement. "hereof", "herein", "hereunder" and other similar expressions refer to the Quote, these Terms and Conditions and any attachments or schedules referred to within the Quote or the Terms and Conditions;

Agreement. Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the introduction to this Agreement.

Agreement. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, or unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, capitalized terms used but not defined in this Agreement have the definitions as provided in the Plan. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the discretionary terms and provisions of the Plan and the provisions of this Agreement, this Agreement shall govern and control.

Agreement. This Registration Rights Agreement made and entered into as of April 1, 2005.
