Agreement

Agreement. This Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management Agreement, together with all schedules, exhibits and appendices hereto, as such may be amended or amended and restated from time to time.

Agreement. Means the Founding Trust Member Application and Agreement entered into between the Company and each Trust Member, the Reward Member Application and Agreement entered into between the Company and each Reward Member, and the Club Member Agreement entered into between the Company and each Club Member.

Agreement. Means the Club Member Application and Agreement entered into between the Company and each Club Member in its current form or as amended from time to time by the Company in its sole discretion.

Agreement. Means the Reward Member Application and Agreement entered into between the Company and each Reward Member in its current form or as amended from time to time by the Company in its sole discretion.

Agreement. Shall mean this document and all Exhibits referenced herein and attached hereto, and all Development Plans executed by the Parties under Section 2.2, as may be amended in accordance with the terms hereof.

Agreement. Means this agreement as a whole (and its annexes), as may be amended in accordance with the terms hereof.

Agreement. Means this Supply Agreement, including any exhibits, schedules or other attachments thereto, as any of the foregoing may be validly amended and agreed to in writing by the Parties from time to time.

Agreement. Means this License and OEM Agreement, all exhibits referenced herein, all Statements of Work, all Change Orders, and any amendments hereto or thereto.
