Annual Bonus

Annual Bonus. The annual cash bonus, if any, payable to the Executive in respect of any given calendar year pursuant to Section 5 of this Agreement.

Annual Bonus. Shall mean the Executive's annual bonus under the annual incentive plan of the Company and any of its Affiliates.

Annual Bonus. The annual award the Executive receives in any year under the Company's Annual Incentive Plan ('AIP Plan') and/or the Company's Executive Incentive Compensation Plan ('EIC Plan') or any successors thereto.

Annual Bonus. Means the amount paid to Executive in accordance with the Company's annual bonus plan, provided, that any portion of an annual bonus electively deferred by the Executive pursuant to a qualified or a non-qualified plan shall be included in determining Annual Bonus. Annual Bonus. The annual cash bonus that a Participant is eligible to earn, if any, under the Company's or any Affiliate's annual cash incentive program, as in effect from time to time.

Annual Bonus. The annual cash bonus payable to a Participant pursuant to the Plan with respect to any calendar year, which (i) shall be determined by the Committee prior to the beginning of each such calendar year, or at such later time as may be permitted by the Code and the Regulations, (ii) shall be expressed as a percentage of the Bonus Pool and (iii) shall not exceed 50 percent of the Bonus Pool.

Annual Bonus. Means, except as otherwise expressly provided in Section 5(b)(ii) and Section 5(b)(iii), the Participant's annual incentive pay opportunity at the level in effect on the Severance Protection Date or such higher level as may be in effect at any time after the Severance Protection Date.
