Applicable Laws. The requirements relating to the administration of restricted securities plans under U.S. state corporate laws, U.S. federal and state securities laws, the Code, any stock exchange or quotation system on which the Membership Units (or replacement security) are listed or quoted and the applicable laws of any foreign country or jurisdiction where Restricted Membership Units are awarded under the Plan

Applicable Laws. Means the requirements relating to the administration of incentive plans under U.S. state corporate laws, U.S. federal and state securities laws, the Code and the applicable laws of any other country or jurisdiction where Class P Units are granted under the Plan.

Applicable Laws. The requirements applicable to the Plan and Awards under (i) any U.S. or non-U.S. federal, state or local law, statute, ordinance, rule, regulation or published administrative guidance or position, (ii) the rules of any stock exchange or national market system and (iii) generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.

The legal and regulatory requirements relating to the administration of equity-based awards or equity compensation programs, including, but not limited to, under U.S. state corporate laws, U.S. federal and state securities laws, the Code, any stock exchange or quotation system on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted and the applicable laws of any other jurisdiction where Awards are, or will be, granted or settled under the Plan

Applicable Laws. Means all statutes, rules or regulations of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") and other comparable governmental entities applicable to the ownership, testing, development, manufacture, packaging, processing, use, distribution, marketing, labeling, promotion, sale, offer for sale, storage, import, export or disposal of any product under development, manufactured or distributed by the Company.

Any and all published statutes, laws, regulations, and rules determined by the State of California and any counties or local jurisdictions in which the Parties may operate, including specifically but not limited to the Medicinal and Adult Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act ("MAUCRSA"). The requirements related to or implicated by the administration of the Plan under (i) applicable laws of the Republic of Singapore, including but not limited to, the Singaporean Equity Remuneration Incentive Scheme and the Income Tax Act of Singapore; (ii) applicable laws of the United States, including but not limited to, United States federal and state securities laws and the Code; (iii) applicable laws of Japan, including but not limited to, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act of...
