Applicable Laws. The requirements relating to the administration of stock option plans under Delaware state corporate laws, federal and state securities laws, the Code, or any stock exchange or trading system or quotation system on which the Common Stock may be listed, traded or quoted from time to time and the applicable laws of any foreign country or jurisdiction where Incentive Stock Options, Non-Qualified Stock Options, Restricted Stock or Stock Purchase Rights are, or will be, granted under the Plan.
Applicable Laws.
