Applicable Rate

Applicable Rate. The prime rate published in The Wall Street Journal, Western U.S. Edition, from time to time plus five (5) percentage points.

Applicable Rate. Shall initially be equal to 2.32375% and shall be reset on each Interest Payment Date other than at Maturity, beginning on September 1, 2004, to the 3 Month LIBOR Rate as of such Interest Payment Date (each of such dates being herein referred to as an "interest reset date") plus 0.95% per year.
