Example Definitions of "Applicable Rate"
Applicable Rate. Is a per annum rate equal to twenty-four percent (24.0%).
Applicable Rate. Means the corporate base rate of interest publicly announced from time to time by Zions Bank in Salt Lake City, Utah plus three percent (3%) per annum.
Applicable Rate. Shall mean the maximum rate of interest provided for in the Loan Agreement.
Applicable Rate. Is a per annum rate equal to the "Prime Rate" plus five one-half percent (5.5%).

Applicable Rate. Means the Prime Rate published from time to time in the Money Rates Column of The Wall Street Journal.
Applicable Rate. During the period from the date hereof through the Maturity Date, (a) the Prime Rate or (b) the LIBOR Rate in effect at any given time pursuant to the terms hereof plus five (5%) percent per annum.
