Example Definitions of "Applicable Rate"
Applicable Rate. The rate per annum equal to three and 00/100 percent (3.0%)
Applicable Rate. A rate equal to the lower of: (a) the Highest Lawful Rate; and (b) four percent (4%) per annum.
