Applicable Time

Applicable Time. Means (i) each Representation Date, (ii) the time of each sale of any Placement Shares pursuant to this Agreement and (iii) with respect to each offering of Forward Hedge Shares pursuant to this Agreement, the time of the Forward Seller's initial entry into contracts with investors for the sale of such Forward Hedge Shares.

Applicable Time. The date of this Agreement, each date on which the Company executes and delivers a Terms Agreement, each Time of Sale, each Settlement Date, each Representation Date, the date on which a Placement Notice is given, and any date on which Shares are sold hereunder

Applicable Time. 3:40 p.m., New York City time, on the date of this Agreement

Applicable Time. 5:45 P.M. New York City time on April 8, 2020

Applicable Time. 5:48 PM, Eastern Time on February 11, 2020

Applicable Time. Means the date of this Agreement, each Representation Date, the date on which a Notice is given, any date on which Placement Shares (including Forward Hedge Shares) are sold hereunder, each Settlement Date and each "Trade Date", "Effective Date" and "Settlement Date" (each as defined under the applicable Confirmation), or such other time as agreed to by the Company, the Agents and the Forward Purchasers.

Applicable Time. 6:10 PM, Eastern Time on June 5, 2019

Applicable Time. 5:40 PM, Eastern Time on January 17, 2019.

Applicable Time. The date of this Agreement, each Representation Date, the date on which an Issuance Placement Notice or a Forward Placement Notice is given, any date on which Shares are sold hereunder and each Settlement Date, or such other time as agreed to by the Company and the Agents, the Forward Purchasers and the Forward Sellers.

Applicable Time. 3:45 pm (New York time) on March 25, 2020 or such other time as agreed by the Company and the Representatives
