Approval Date

Approval Date. Means the date upon which CVT is informed in writing by the FDA of the Approval.

Approval Date. Shall mean the date on which both (i) the Company's stockholders shall have approved the issuance of the Conversion Shares and (ii) the American Stock Exchange ("AMEX") shall have approved the Conversion Shares and the Initial Conversion Shares for listing on AMEX.

Approval Date. Shall mean the date the FDA grants final Regulatory Approval of a Drug Approval Application submitted by the Company for the Product.

Approval Date. March 2, 2005, which is the date on which this Bonus Plan was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.

Approval Date. Means the date upon which the FDA (as defined below) permits the initial sale of the Product for use as a pharmaceutical product for the treatment of pain pursuant to the Approval of the ANDA to be filed by Mikart for the Product.

Approval Date. The date upon which the FDA (as defined below) permits the initial sale of Product (as defined below) for use as a medical device pursuant to FDA's approval of a 510(k) submission filed by Respirics with respect to the Product.

Approval Date. Means, with respect to each of the Products, the date which the FDA permits the initial sale of such Product for use as a pharmaceutical product for the treatment of pain pursuant to the Approval of the ANDA to be filed by Mikart for such Product.

Approval Date. The term "Approval Date" shall mean the date that Manufacturer is granted marketing authorization within the Territory to market and sell the Products.

Approval Date. Means the date on which Regulatory Approval is granted for the Product on a country by country basis in the Territory.
