Assigned Contracts

Example Definitions of "Assigned Contracts"
Assigned Contracts. Means those contracts which the Buyer and Seller have agreed to set forth on the Asset Schedule.
Assigned Contracts. Means all material contracts, Assigned Licenses and leases of the Seller as set forth on Schedule 2(ii).
Assigned Contracts. Means the contracts and agreements listed on Schedule 4.14.
Assigned Contracts. Means all of the material presently existing and valid oil sales contracts, casinghead gas sales contracts, gas sales contracts, processing contracts, gathering contracts, production handling agreements, transportation contracts, easements, rights-of-way, servitudes, franchise, surface leases, subsurface leases, permits or licenses of any nature owned, held or operated in connection with operations, farm-out contracts, farm-in contracts, balancing contracts (including but not limited to gas... imbalances), suspense funds, operating agreements, areas of mutual interest and other contracts, agreements and instruments (to the extent said contracts are transferable) that are described on Exhibit A hereto, to the extent they relate to any of the interests that are described in Exhibit A hereto or to the production of oil, gas or other hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon substances attributable thereto. Assigned Contracts. Shall mean, to the extent identified on Schedule 2.1(v), all contracts, agreements, guaranties, plans, policies and arrangements, whether written or oral, relating to the Business or to which the Business is subject.
