Assignment

Assignment. That certain Assignment of Deed of Trust pursuant to which Borrower assigns the Deed of Trust to Lender, dated as of even date herewith

Assignment. Means any sale, assignment, gift, pledge, encumbrance or other transfer or disposition of this Warrant;

Assignment. Notwithstanding any other provisions of the Purchase Agreement, the rights and obligations described in this Letter Agreement are provided to Customer in consideration of Customer's becoming the operator of the Aircraft and cannot be assigned in whole or, in part. For the purpose of supporting Customer's operation of the Aircraft, Boeing agrees that the rights and obligations described in this Letter Agreement may be assigned, in whole or in part, to any subsidiary of the FedEx Corporation.
