Authorized Person

Authorized Person. Any person or entity authorized to give Instructions on behalf of the Fund in accordance with Section 4.1 or 10.2.1 hereof.

Authorized Person. Shall mean any person or entity authorized to give Instructions on behalf of the Fund and/or the Sponsor in accordance with Section 4.1.

Authorized Person. Any person or entity authorized to give Instructions on behalf of the Fund and/or the General Partner in accordance with Section 4.1.

Authorized Person. Shall mean each person, whether or not an officer or an employee of the Trust, duly authorized to execute this Agreement and to give Instructions on behalf of the Trust. The Parties acknowledge that such list of Authorized Person has been separately provided to BNY Mellon. From time to time the Trust may notify BNY Mellon of a new list of Authorized Person and BNY Mellon shall be entitled to rely on the last list actually received by BNY Mellon.

An Authorized Person's scope of authority may be limited by setting forth such limitation in a written document signed by both parties hereto.

Authorized Person. Each person, whether or not an officer or employee of the Company, duly authorized by the Board to act on behalf of the Company with respect to this Agreement and to issue Instructions.
