Authorized Person

Authorized Person. Shall mean, each individually, Jerome Cooper, as Chief Executive Officer; Paul Cooper, as Executive Vice President; Douglas A. Cooper, as Treasurer and as Secretary; and David Oplanich, as Chief Financial Officer. Mention of the Authorized Person's name is for reference purposes only and the Bank may rely on a person's title to ascertain whether someone is an Authorized Person who may act on behalf of the Borrower in connection herewith.

Authorized Person. Any person, whether or not such person is an officer or employee of the Investment Company, duly authorized to give Oral Instructions or Written Instructions on behalf of the Investment Company, as indicated in a resolution of the Investment Company's Board which was valid at the time of this Agreement, or as indicated in a certificate furnished to FTIS pursuant to Section 4(c) hereof

Authorized Person. Means the Client or any person (including any individual or entity) authorized by the Client to act on its behalf in the performance of any act, discretion or duty under this Agreement (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any officer or employee of such person) in a notice reasonably acceptable to the Custodian.

Authorized Person. Any person, whether or not an officer or employee of the Fund, duly authorized by a Fund to execute any Certificate or to give any Oral Instruction, such persons to be designated in a Certificate annexed hereto as Exhibit B hereto or such other Certificate as may be received by BNY from time to time.

Authorized Person. Each person who is then included on the most recent list of Authorized Persons given to Equinix by Customer in accordance with the Policies.

Authorized Person. Shall mean, with respect to each Fund, each person, whether or not an officer or employee of such Fund, duly authorized by Company in writing to give instructions on behalf of such Fund as set forth in Exhibit B hereto. The persons set forth in Exhibit B may be changed only in writing substantially in the form of Exhibit B actually received and acknowledged by GHFS.

Authorized Person. (c) "Authorized Person" means an employee or officer of the Account Holder who has been designated by Account Holder via Xapo's Services to be an authorized party of Account Holder to access and use the Account, including to send Xapo bitcoins for deposit into the Account and withdraw bitcoins from such Account under this Agreement. Such persons will continue to be Authorized Persons of Account Holder until such time as Xapo receives Instructions via Xapo's Services from Account Holder that... any such person is no longer an Authorized Person of Account Holder. Authorized Person. Client (if Client is a natural person), an employee or officer of Client (if applicable), a third-party service provider (including an affiliate of Custodian) or any other individual who has been designated by Client in writing as authorized by Client to give Instructions to Custodian for or on behalf of Client.

Authorized Person. Shall mean each person, whether or not an officer or an employee of the Trust, duly authorized to execute this Agreement and to give Instructions on behalf of the Trust as set forth in Schedule I hereto and each Authorized Person's scope of authority may be limited by setting forth such limitation in a written document signed by both parties hereto. Authorized Person.
